उपयोग की विधि / Method of use

• 15 लीटर पानी लें, 150 ग्राम गुड़ के साथ उबाल कर ठंडा कर लें तत्पश्चात पोषक किट के सभी कैप्सूल एक एक उसमे डाल दें और एक बोतल जोरन मिला लें, 5 से 7 दिन में मदर कल्चर तैयार हो जायेगा।
• मदर कल्चर को ठंडे एवं सूखे स्थान पर रखें, प्लास्टिक का बर्तन प्रयोग करें और बर्तन के मुंह को सूती कपड़े से बांधकर रखें। यही प्रक्रिया रक्षक किट के साथ भी दोहराएं।
